   Kamikazee heating up the crowd at Simple Plan Live In Manila concert last January 12, 2012 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

   This is my second time shooting this band, first was at TRRF @ MOA last year. I always wanted to capture Jay’s high jump and head stand. This time I was lucky to capture some decent shots, BUT I’m still not satisfied with them. I got to have a 3rd chance! Grrr. More photos (of my attempt to capture Jay’s acrobatics) HERE.

   KAMIKAZEE’S DRUMMER BORDS PROPOSED TO HIS GIRLFRIEND IN FRONT OF THOUSANDS AT THE TANDUAY RHUM ROCKFEST 2011! 

   What happened here: Jay asked Bords’ girlfriend to get on stage and take their picture with the crowd doing the OK sign. He said they will post it on their fb page and tag each and everyone in the audience! And so everybody did! Haha Then boom! Surprise! Bords is on his knees popping the question!

   The crowd cheered, she said yes, they kissed, they hugged and everyone was happy! 

   Congratulations to them!

I love shooting people on stage and dump them here.

The first concert photo I ever took was of Alicia Keys when she first visited Manila back in 2004. It was too grainy you won't recognize it's her. But every time I look at that picture I still get the exact same feelings I had when Alicia stepped on stage.
